Due to the generosity of the Boy Scouts of America West Central Florida Council, seven members of Explorer Post 900 were able to attend the Big Ten College Conference’s Outback Bowl at Raymond James Stadium on New Year’s Day 2008. The Explorers all enjoyed the festivities of a bowl game amidst the friendly rivalry, with both Tennessee Volunteer and Wisconsin Badger fans in the group. This social event is an example of just one area that Exploring has to offer. Not only do our members learn about law enforcement, commit to community service, and build leadership skills, they also have the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun and exciting life experiences! Thank you to the BSA Council for their support and encouragement!
